Compared to custom wood options, this was incredibly affordable for the size. The 10x10 footprint gives us plenty of room for outdoor furniture and entertaining. Vinyl means no maintenance like staining or sealing. Been up for six months through all weather conditions and still looks brand new.

Really happy with this purchase. The vinyl material feels sturdy and the white finish hasn't shown any dirt yet after two months. Provides excellent shade coverage for our dining set. Only minor issue was some of the hardware was a bit tricky to align during setup.
